FAMILY INFORMATION:
Yelena's father is currently serving time in prison. Daniel Pierce was a struggling truck driver who could barely make ends meet at the end of every month. Two friends convinced him to rob houses with them, only to sell whatever they had stolen for money and break it evenly upon the three men; however, the first time Daniel tried to break into a house on his own, the resident was sitting on the couch in the living room lazily watching TV. When Daniel Pierce came within eyesight of the home owner, he nervously reached for his gun and shot the innocent man. He went to prison shortly after this. Yelena has not heard from her father for twenty-eight years.

Mrs. Pierce, Ashlynn, is an unemployed alcoholic. Ashlynn knows she is an alcoholic and views it as "a lifestyle"; she says that if people around her cannot accept her drinking, they cannot accept her. It is this reason that caused Yelena to stop speaking to her mother soon after she moved out of her mother's home. Ashlynn does like to call Yelena every once in awhile when she is plastered to lecture her; however the only thing Ashlynn has to say is that Yelena is unsuccessful, and a disappointment to the Pierce family.

Daniel Pierce has a brother who goes by the name of Kyle. He is a prospering lawyer in the city of Chicago and although he does not have a close relationship to Yelena, he still likes to send her money every so often along with a "hope you're doing well" letter only because he knows she does not have a lot of family. He wants her to know he is there in case she ever needs anything. Yelena will usually respond to him with a "thank you" note followed by a vague update about her business. Currently, Kyle is trying to get involved in a case going on between an insurance company and Yelena's shop.

PERSONALITY:
Yelena's style is extremely flexible, going from the tomboy style of a low cut t-shirt and jeans to a dress the next day that teases every man around her. She loves high-heel shoes and boots to make her look taller. She stands at 5'4, weighing in at 120 pounds.

For a small figure, Yelena has a bold attitude and a strong will. She finishes anything she puts her mind to and most of the time is outspoken about whatever is on her mind. She can be a downright bitch if it comes right down to it.

Yelena considers her closest friends to be like family to her because she really has no biological family. Although most of her friends are strong men, she loves them as though they were truly her brothers. She would give up her won life for someone she loves. Pierce is also known for her bad temper. She has a low tolerance for people who disrespect her friends. She has put up a few fists for her friends and would do it again in a heartbeat. When the right buttons are pushed by the wrong people, her temper shows quickly.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Yelena was born to Ashlynn and Daniel. Yelena was a surprise pregnancy, but nonetheless her mother was excited to have a child when she discovered she was pregnant. Her mother and father were normal, average people until right after Yelena's second birthday when her father went to prison for murder. Ashlynn became a single mother and knew she potentially would never see her husband again outside of his prison cell. She was ashamed of her husband; ashamed because she was now married to someone who took a life of another human being, and ashamed because his excuse for breaking into the house in the first place was that he needed money for his family.

She was devastated about her husband's actions which ultimately led to her drinking. Soon enough, she became addicted to alcohol; it was her best friend. It was what she looked forward to everyday. She drank to escape her problems which only became worse as bills racked up and credit collectors started calling. Yelena grew up watching her mother be defeated by the bottle of alcohol, which is when Yelena made the promise to herself to never become like her mother. She made a promise to herself to get a good education and start her own business someday.

While her mother was inside the house plastered, Yelena was outside in the neighborhood making friends with other boys her age. Originally, this is not only where she met a lot of her close friends today but also where she picked up on a lot of the knowledge that she has about cars. As she began to learn more and more about cars through working in different garages, she began to discover her passion for them. They gave her something to live for and something to take up all of her spare time.

Yelena graduated high school with all B's and went to college to become an autobody professional. Two years into college she realized that she wanted to own an autobody shop after she got out of college, so she added a business minor onto her college degree. She graduated from a University near Chicago, Illinois. At first, she wanted to move out of the city to get away from everybody in the city. She felt ashamed in the city only because she could never get away from the fact that she was motherless. It seemed as if every person in the city knew she was motherless and always pitied her for that fact; she hated being pitied and never accepted any sympathy from anyone for this.

After this, she packed up her things and moved to New York City for a few years. She opened up a tiny shop there and began attracting customers and making a few friends. She also hit up the party scene on the weekends and made friends that way as well. While in New York, many of her friends back in Chicago continually kept in contact with her. After a few years in New York, she decided to come back to Chicago. She wanted her business to grow and she knew that it would not grow very much in New York compared to Chicago. She knew her personal reputation right in the city of Chicago would bring her lots of success.

Once back in Chicago, a lot of her friends who knew about body work were hired in her shop and starting in the first day the shop was opened, it has gained an extremely popular reputation in Chicago. Yelena loves owning her own business for the simple fact that she has so much freedom and with her being so independent, she must have her freedom. She also loves owning her own business because of the beautiful cars that come to her shop.

She needs a receptionist who would work from 9-5 Monday through Friday and would be willing to help her out with paperwork.
